Your Occies will normally be delivered within 3-7 working days within EU and 6-10 days worldwide from the time you receive the confirmation email for orders placed by credit/debit card. If delivery will exceed 3-7 days within EU and 6-10 days worldwide, we will notify you by email.

We always strive to only offer products for sale that we have in stock. If you are nevertheless able to place an order for a product that we do not have in stock, we reserve the right to cancel that sale. We will notify you within 7 days if this may be the case.


We ship your Occies with Postnord. For you as a customer, shipping will always be free of charge.  If any of the goods are damaged or lost in the delivery between you the customer and HOLME&GSTFSN you must contact us within 14 days.

If the goods are damaged or missing when making and exchange or return, you as a customer is responsible for the payment.


We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to return your Occies to us within 14 days of your purchase. The product(s) should be in mint condition and returned in original packaging. If something is wrong with your original delivery by us, we’ll pay the return cost.

In the event of returning products from HOLME&GSTFSN you as a customer is responsible for the return postage and is free to choose whichever postal service you prefer. In the case of exchanging products, and have right to compensation by us (broken product or wrong delivery) we offer you free return postage.

If the payment was done using credit/debit card the refund will be done to the same card. It can take up to 30 days for you to receive your refund.


We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will pay for the return delivery in such cases.
